The Lord is perfecting those things that concern you...

Early last week, I was prompted to say hello and encourage two of my sisters via text. The messaging was so powerful and revelatory, that I could not pass up the opportunity to find a moment to settle and write this note to you!

Here's the message I sent to my two sisters:

After sending this message, Holy Spirit prompted me with an expanded version of this and a bit of prophetic encouragement for another of my sisters.

Here's what her message said, which prompted me to get on here to write to you:

The Lord has promised that not only is He perfecting those things that which concern you (Psalm 138:8), but He wants us to know that His way of perfecting (def: brining something to a state where nothing remains to be done), takes time!

Sometimes, it can feel like NOTHING is moving, nothing is happening, and that God has forgotten about those things that we've prayed about. But today, I want to remind you that He has not forgotten your prayers or your tears. He sees and hears your concerns and He says today, that they are valid, but you must have patience to wait for the finishing to take place. His version, not yours.

Prayerfully, this brief note encourages you to keep pressing forward. To keep moving and keep praying! Know in your heart that the perfecting is on the way. You are in process. It's not over. God is not done with your situation just yet!
